Ferrari California T to feature a Twin- Turbocharges V8 Engine

A Ferrari 3.8-liter, 8-cylinder twin-turbo engine give  power the new California T luxury car means Ferrari engine is used in new Ferrari California T, which will be unveiled at the upcoming  Show. means upcoming Geneva motor show in which Ferrari officially say the engine used in California T which is upcoming.

The new direct injection technology and 3,855cc power unit is mounted in the chassis in front mid position and it delivers speed 559 PS at 7,500rpm, and the maximum torque of that engine is 755Nm at speed 4,750rpm.

According to Ferrari, the California T has a maximum speed, which is 316km/h and that's much speed is capable of accelerating the car to 100km/h in only few 3.6 seconds, and  virtually zero turbo lag means no turbo lag is present in engine and its only thanks to variable boost management.

Compared to its naturally predecessor, the engine fuel consumption is decrease by around 15% despite a 49% increase that's is torque. Emissions are decrease to 250 g/km on the combined cycle, which relates to a 20% decrease or reduce in CO2. The Ferrari car California T’s engine also features compact, and the engine has low inertia twin-scroll turbines for sharper throttle response.

Special  techniques means manufacturer techniques for components likes as the flat-plane crankshaft and  also the 3-piece cast exhaust manifold and turbo housing( which are present in engine) have been used to help the engine produce very  powerful sound and that's powerful sound which is coming is only occur in between the intake value and outlet value, which becomes more as engine speed or rpm increases.

According to Ferrari, this is the first time,we get this type of turbo engine technology.
